Product Introduction:
Professionally designed for measuring the static and dynamic coefficients of friction of materials such as plastic film and sheets, paper, rubber, woven bags, cardboard, fabric styles, conveyor belts, communication cable and optical cable composite materials, coatings, wood, brake pads, shoe materials, wipers, tires, etc., during sliding. By measuring the slipperiness of materials, it is possible to control and adjust material production quality process indicators to meet product usage requirements. It can also be used for determining the slipperiness performance of daily chemical products such as eye drops and cosmetics.

Testing Principle:
The sample is laid flat on the test machine's platform, fixed with the machine's own clamping tools, and then the slider is placed on top of the sample. The slider is connected to the transmission mechanism of the test machine. Through the force sensor located on the transmission mechanism and the built-in displacement sensor of the machine, the changes in force and displacement during the test process are collected, thereby calculating various friction mechanical performance indicators of the sample.
